Step 1: Make sure you have these components installed:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package

After SCP Toolkit is installed, you can open ScpToolkit Settings Manager to change some settings like disabling rumble, adjusting analog stick deadzones, and more.

How to Connect PS3 Controller to PC via Bluetooth (Wireless Connection)
